Use this trick to burn fat
Do you usual weights resistance session then do a 20 minute cardio session. Your body will burn more fat because your glycogen stores will already be depleted from the resistance session.
This won’t be a quality carbohydrate workout so don’t do intervals as you glycogen stores will be too depleted to make any worthwhile gains. Therefore work to the point where you are a little out of breath.
Once you have finished get the carbohydrates and protein in - a jacket potato and tuna sounds just the ticket.
