Breakfast - the most important….

….meal of the day!

How many times have you heard that?  Do you still ignore it?

If you fail to eat breakfast, your metabolism will not be on full throttle and will result in you eating an extra 100 kcals per day. 

If breakfast is a struggle, opt for fruit and natural yoghurt or make up a smoothie containing 200g red berries and 125ml of milk.
