Progress is the Key to Achieving Goals

We had a great morning on boot camp today.  The participants are working towards their 10 km (6.2 miles) target run.  Today we covered part of the course, just over 2 miles so they are a third of the way there.  I can see the confidence and self belief coming through.  Special mention to newbies, Liz and Noelly, who both did great and had that essential element for boot camp - a sense of humour. 

Don’t worry if you are considering joining boot camp and the running sounds too hard/far, we do other exercises on boot camp and there are options for those not ready to run those distances.  Many of the boot camp participants started from a very low level of fitness but continue to show improvements and will encourage you to keep making progress.  There is a fabulous camaraderie.

Days like today…I love my job.  Well done to you all….you did really great  :-)
