How to Lose Weight - Tip 2

Set realistic goals with milestones.  Milestones are intermediate goals en route to your main goal.  They help to keep you motivated.  For example, if you goal is to run 10km by 5 December, your first milestone might be to run 3 km by 3 July.  Milestones make your overall goal feel achievable.
