Tuesday’s boot camp

Tuesday’s boot camp will be held at Jerbourg at 7.15 pm - bring it on!

How many boot camps can a girl do in just one week?

A special mention should go to Catherine and Tracy who completed  all 4 of my boot camps this week.  I think they’ve earned themselves a day off tomorrow.

Quick calorie burner

Not everyone wants to run.  The good news is that there are other ways to get a great energy burning workout.  Incorporate some of these exercises into your routine - ensure you warm up well first:

  • Bodyweight squats
  • Alternating Lunge
  • Squat Thrusts 
  • Press Ups
  • Plank
  • Isometric Squat

Do 3 sets of 30 secs each of these, recover for 1 min and repeat this sequence 2 to 3 times for a quick, calorie burning workout.  Ouch!!
