Tuesday’s boot camp will be at Saumarez Park at 7.15 pm. 

That will be the second in the current block.  Cost for boot camp is £48 for the block of 8 sessions or £8 per session.

If you are new to boot camp you will need to complete a registration form.

It’s been so good to see the sun this week. Tuesday evening’s boot camp was a lot of fun outdoors at Saumarez Park whilst today we used an old favourite, Lihou Island headland.  It was great to be out in the sun and to see Guthrie back but we need some more ‘G’s to join him, so come on Gordon and George.

Debbie and I have just completed our NLP videos in order that we can gain our NLP diplomas and call ourselves something appropriate such as “Mind Fitness Coach” - ideas on a postcard please.
