Take Yoghurt To Tackle Bloating

If you are choosing a yoghurt, the most beneficial type is a natural probiotic yoghurt.  Yoghurt is rich in Vitamin A and calcium.  Vitamin A keeps skin and mucous membrane cells healthy and fights cancer.  Calcium pushes fat out of cells and into the bloodstream where it can be burned off.  Of course calcium is also well known for being essential for healthy bones.

The probiotics are beneficial bacteria which help to keep the gastrointestinal tract in balance.  A healthy gastrointestinal tract is fundamental for good health and is so often the first line of defence against illness.  There is also evidence to suggest that consuming probiotic cultures can help against bloating by encouraging the growth of good bacteria in the gut.

The good bacteria in plain yogurt helps fight yeast infections.  However, ensure you purchase plain, unsweetened yogurt as sugar feeds yeast and would therefore worsen the problem.

Fitness Studio Update

It’s all coming together.  We now have electric and a shower.  The equipment is being put together.  I’m really pleased with how the studio has turned out and the equipment looks fantastic.

Saturday’s Boot Camp

Saturday’s boot camp will be held at Grandes Rocque, meeting in the rear car park, at 10 am.
