Boot Camp Beats the Bike

Chris sent me a message after wearing her heart rate monitor at boot camp last Saturday.  She was surprised with the recordings!   

Her heart rate peaked at 167 bpm and 529 cals. Chris compared this to a cycle session which had a peak heart rate of 159 bpm and burned 523 cals.  So boot camp really does get the heart rate up and calories burning.  Your body will continue to burn calories following the session.  Also, you will get a great muscle workout to help firm up your butt and thighs as well as core and upper body.
