So the weather’s stopping you getting to the gym?

In that case, find a way to exercise at home.  If you have stairs, run up and down them 5 - 10 times, do some press ups, sit ups,  squats, lunges.  There are lots of exercises you can do which don’t need any equipment.  Alternatively, use cans or water bottles for weights and do some bicep curls and other exercises.

Think outside the box.  What exercises can you do at home?
