Clients will soon be able to train in my private fitness studio.  Shower / changing facilities will be available which makes pre-work or lunch time sessions an option.  I expect the studio to be in operation in February 2010.  No waiting for equipment, no wondering what others are thinking about you and no disruptions from school children having a PE lesson.  Please contact me for more details.
