Quote of the Night

As usual, Becci came out with so many quality quotes tonight it is difficult to select one but we voted on the following:

(When Mel was asked what number repetition out of 10 she was on, Mel replied “6″ and Becci piped up..) “6 is the new 10 don’t you know”. 

You possibly had to be there. 

Becci is available to entertain at special events and parties.

If you want to make your Tuesday nights more interesting then boot camp is the place to be.   Oh, we had a good workout too.

Saturday’s Boot Camp

Saturday’s boot camp will be held at Fort Richmond at 10 am.  Remember to bring a drink and dress for the weather - no doubt it will be wet and windy.  Just how we like it!!
