Saturday’s Boot Camp

The venue for George’s ‘Birthday Boot Camp’ is Fort Houmet at 10 am.  Make sure you come along so we have sufficient muscle to give George the bumps!!

Tonight’s Boot Camp

We held our first boot camp at Vale Douzaine tonight.  There were some funky dance moves added to the exercises by Ali, Paula and Mariana. 

Exercise and fun all in one!!!  

How about that for a moto?
