Tasty foods to help with weight loss
You don’t need to calorie count or eat rabbit food all day to lose weight. There are some tasty foods that help with weight loss. These include:
Baked beans - baked beans contain both protein and carbohydates and best of all are low fat. Don’t go overboard though as the salt content is on the high side oh and there is a small matter of flatulents.
Eggs - these are great to have as part of your breakfast as the protein will help to fill you up not leaving you hungry an hour later as some “empty” low calorie breakfast cereals do. Have with wholemeal toast as an alternative to porridge or museli.
Start with soup - have soup as a start, low in calories but filling. This means you don’t have the appetite for a large main meal or dessert.
