Saturday’s Boot Camp

Saturday we will be at Bordeaux for boot camp, starting at 10 am.

Tonight’s Boot Camp

Tonight we covered 1.93 miles and  522 ft.

This looks lower than last weeks because I didn’t record data between the cliff runs and step so is therefore more precise. I will record the data this way going forward.

There were some good performances, again Hannah was great on the running and Andy was most impressive springing up Jerbourg steps.

Don’t forget next Tuesday we will be going for a bite to eat after boot camp.

Top tips on losing weight

There are no magic potions or secrets to losing weight.  Here are some sensible suggestions though:-

  • Rather than eating 3 large meals a day, eat 5-6 smaller meals.  Your body likes a steady flow of energy from food.
  • Eat quality protein with meals such as mackerel, tofu or tuna.
  • Exercise 3 - 4 times a week to speed up your metabolism and get the fat burning
  • Exercising in the morning kicks off your metabolism for the day nicely.
  • Do core strength training - spend 5 minutes a day working on your core strength.  Investing in a Swiss / Stability Ball is well worth it but don’t leave it deflated in the garage!!
