Hi Folks

I think it is fair to say that boot camp reached another level today!! I always know it’s a good one when there is plenty of moaning and the moaning was off the scale today :-).    Ali was on top form (with the moaning) and was impressive catching the ball with her eyes shut, Claire and Becs tried to escape (well they say they got lost) and we have a new boot camp smart ar*e in the shape of Gordon which makes 2 of us.

In all seriousness though, it’s great to see your fitness levels improving.  Many of you said that you wouldn’t have persevered on your own and that’s what boot camp is all about, pushing you to new limits.
