Core Strength Classes Coming

I will be holding some core strength classes shortly so watch this space.  Core strength is so vital for a number of reasons including:

  • Improved posture
  • Helps against back pain
  • Gives our body a better (more appealing) shape!
  • For sports people to ensure they use there power correctly, therefore you run, cycle, throw etc better and waste less energy in the process
  • Better stability balance
  • Reduces likelihood of injuries
  • Better efficiency of movement

So you can see there is something for everyone.
