Hydration Options

Sometimes water can be dull so we need to find other ways to keep hydrated. Here are some suggestions:-

  • Add some ice and fresh fruit to your water such as slices of orange, lemon and lime.
  • Consuming fruit and herbal teas are a good way to aid hydration, especially if you prefer hot drinks. 
  • Steer clear of caffeinated drinks, along with tea and coffee, fizzy drinks also contain caffeine. 
  • Another option is to add cordial, preferrably the ‘no added sugar’ variety.

Tuesday’s Boot Camp

Tuesday’s boot camp will be at Jerbourg Point at 6 pm.  Remember to dress for the weather and bring some drink.
