Making Vegetables More Interesting

Don’t boil vegetables.  Apart from boiling out the nutrients, they don’t taste that great.  You would be better off steaming them or even stir frying with some chilli peppers, garlic and spices to give them plenty of flavour.  Using these flavourings keeps the calories down as there is no need to add calorific sauces.
