Getting the Good Fats In

“There ‘are’ good fats?”  you ask.  Yes there are.  Our body does need some fat to function properly but you need to limit your saturated fat intake.  However, why not have a chicken and prawn curry (instead of a beef curry which would have more saturated fat) for a change and don’t forget to include some seeds in your snack box.  All of these good fats have anti-inflammatory properties and will help to keep your joints working properly.

Get your Boot Camp Registration Forms in Now!

The next boot camp starts this Tuesday (10 March).  Intermediates at 6.00 pm and Beginners at 7.00 pm - at Beechwood School.  I am pleased to hear that some of the beginners are moving into intermediate.  We have also had some beginners move up.
