As One Boot Camp ends….

Hi Folks

With just one session remaining of the current boot camp, I just wanted to thank all you boot camp participants for being so enthusiastic and getting stuck in at boot camp.  I have been seriously impressed!

I’ve really enjoyed the sessions and get a great deal of satisfaction in seeing you guys putting in the effort to get fitter.

Hope to see you at the next boot camp on 10 February (don’t forget to get the forms in).

Today’s Boot Camp - Cancelled

Hi Folks

Today’s boot camp is cancelled.  For those that are participating in the boot camp starting on 10 February, deduct the cost of today’s session from your payment (so you will now pay £42). 

For those that don’t intend to do the next boot camp, please contact me and I will arrange a refund.

On the subject of the next boot camp, don’t forget to get your forms in soon to guarantee your place.

All I can say now is be careful out there.
